The McKenna Poem

a paper dress unfolds inside
of the rock tumbler world.

Stone

Paper light in the corner, made-believe that sieves were without hole. Whole notes-- alone
in their departure, an overture of areas only spread. Plenty of light

made its way in, glass awnings as slippers-- lucky, lucky, lucky. Dance
lessons at noon-- a tone's throw away from us.
